Proventure were very supportive through every stage of the recruitment for the role of Director of Charitable Services at NUS. Proventure instinctively understood and grasped the brief that the Trustees provided, and although the role was a senior but part time post at 3 days per week, this fact never diminished that we required to attract a highly experienced Director.
They assisted the recruiting panel to think about how the assets of the role could be highlighted to ensure a maximum response rate of candidates. The role, despite being part time was a hugely important post, as this role as the first Director appointed would be key in setting a culture and long term approach for the Charity.
Proventure secured a wide field of able candidates, who were managed through a thorough and rigorous process. Their feedback at each stage enabled the panel to clearly appoint the best and most suitable candidate.
