We have pleasure to announce that Heather has joined Proventure Consulting as an associate director from a national executive recruitment company.

Ms Ferguson has worked in both the public and private sectors, with 20 years’ experience of HR delivery together with a background in vocational training and development, a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and an honours degree in education.

Over 6 years she led senior executive appointments at Chief Executive, Director and Head of Service level for local authorities, in health, education and not - for - profit organisations. She also led complex national projects, including major recruitment campaigns for the NHS.

Her current role consolidates her skills and experience in Executive Search and Selection, Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and wider HR Consultancy.
