You’ll have overall responsibility for all physical developments within NSRP’s Business Plan, advising on, leading and managing the major programme’s and ensure key projects deliver. Your remit includes all aspects of physical development, right through from masterplan to delivery. Your experience of delivering large-scale programmes will have left you with a sophisticated grasp of how to regenerate a mixed rural and urban environment that includes the renaissance of the city centre. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark across an entire sub-region.

Taking the lead on the development of our Integrated Regional Strategy, you’ll engage with key players in the regional economy, identifying priorities and setting targets to work towards.  Your in-depth understanding of economic drivers and your capacity to develop integrated strategies that encompass the broad spectrum of influencing factors (land use, planning, transportation, regional skills pools) will be fundamental to success.
