
Fiona Eldridge is an executive coach with personal Board level experience in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience of strategic planning, project & change management and demonstrable experience of working with organisations to increase efficiency, productivity and profitability.
In her coaching practice Fiona works mainly with leaders in the public sector and has worked in a variety of Central Government departments, NDPBs and Local Authorities.
She is a fully qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer and has developed and delivered training to public and private sector clients.
Together with Sabine Dembkowski she developed The Achieve Coaching Model® which was published in the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching. Recently she co-authored “The Seven Steps of Effective Executive Coaching’ which attracted very favourable reviews in the Coaching and HR community and support from Sir John Whitmore, developer of the well-known GROW model of coaching.
In addition to her coaching work Fiona is non executive Director for NHS Professionals and Chairman of a top five teacher recruitment agency.
