Lorraine has over 25 years experience of working within HR in Local government. She has headed up the HR function at Westminster City Council and Essex County Council as well as covering the role at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets on an interim basis before making the move into consultancy. Whilst at Essex County Council Lorraine also had key roles on the Policy Board of   SOCPO now PPMA (Public Sector People Managers’ Association) as regional chair and the Lead on Leadership and latterly on Pay and Employment.

Lorraine is particularly interested in demonstrating how organisational development and HR strategies contribute to desired cultural change and improving organisations. She has led major change projects and has experience in all aspects of the HR function.
