A specialist in corporate communications, Karen has a varied career history. Starting life in local government, Karen went on to work for 12 years in PR and internal communications in top five PR companies, and a small management consultancy.  Previous clients include Vauxhall, Shell, BT, EDS, The Teacher Training Agency, Deutsche Bank Global Equities, Johnson & Johnson and The Telegraph Group.

She is an experienced designer and deliverer of training and in ensuring that corporate communication aligns with brand values, both inside and outside the organisation. She is also an experienced facilitator.

Karen has an honours degree in English from Leeds University and in 2004 was awarded an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck College, part of the University of London.
