Keith has a wealth of experience on HR, Diversity and Change Management issues. Keith was Personnel and Change Director at Bradford Council for 10 years, during which time he operated on many national HR and public sector bodies and he was elected President of SOCPO (Society of Chief Personnel Officers) in 2001/2. He moved into consultancy in 2002 and was also appointed CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Vice President for Diversity.

Since moving into consultancy, Keith has operated on a wide range of HR projects across District, Metropolitan and County councils and other public sector bodies. Apart from being an experienced top management recruiter, Keith has extensive experience on all HR issues; he has specific skills in major change management projects and possesses detailed and up to date knowledge of the local government sector. Keith was recently made a Chartered Companion of the CIPD.
