Heather has worked in both the public and private sectors with 20 years’ experience of HR management. With an early career at the forefront of vocational training, Heather moved into HR, becoming a Head of HR, Corporate Management Team member, HR consultant and interim manager in local government.
She is an expert in both strategic and operational HR, and combines this with commercial nous, political acumen and a deep appreciation of the wider public sector. Heather has a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and an Honours Degree in Education.
Prior to joining Proventure, Heather was a Director for a national Executive Search and Selection company. Over 6 years she led senior executive appointments at Chief Executive, Director and Head of Service level for local authorities, in health, education and not - for - profit organisations. She also led complex national projects, including major recruitment campaigns for the NHS.
Her current role consolidates her skills and experience in Executive Search and Selection, Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and wider HR Consultancy
